Our Pow Food meals are delivered frozen to ensure optimised nutrition and quality using no preservatives. Orders are frozen down to -40C and sent in temperature controlled, recyclable and compostable packaging with dry ice. By the time you receive your order, it should arrive at 18C, ready to pop in your freezer.

No, all our meals are lovingly handmade in our kitchen by our team of chefs.

You are able to microwave all single meals and sides, however not the double meals which are in aluminium trays, We recommended cooking in the oven for best results.

Regarding fish, it's important to note that fish can only be certified organic if it is farmed, and as a policy, we do not purchase farmed fish. When it comes to meat, we ensure that it is high welfare, sourced from British suppliers and pasture-raised. Yes, all of our ready meals are made without gluten and dairy, we often use an oat milk made with no seed oils to replace dairy, and use Dove’s organic gluten free flour blend, ZENB split pea pasta and unrefined grain options.

No, we use absolutely no artificial ingredients, flavour enhancers or additives. All of our meals are made with 100% natural ingredients and are frozen to preserve shelf life. If defrosted, our food must be consumed within 24 hours.

Yes, our chickens all come from free range farms around London, where they can roam free and are fed natural foods.

All of our fish is sourced through Chapman’s Fisheries based in Sussex, and is from British waters. However our prawns are sustainably sourced from abroad. 

We produce our meals in small batches so depending on which batch you receive it will last 3-6 months in the freezer.

We have strict food health and safety procedures in place to prevent any risk of contamination. However, your meals are produced in our kitchens which do handle nuts, gluten and dairy so may contain trace amounts. 

We make every effort to ensure that your order will arrive frozen by freezing them down to -40C, and sending it in temperature controlled packaging. However if they do arrive thawed, please contact our customer support team so we can rectify the issue for you.

We deliver across England, Wales and most areas in Scotland (we cannot deliver to The Highlands/ Northern Scotland).

You can order online and place a one off, or subscription order which can be edited via your Loop account, so that you can alter the frequency of your delivery, any delivery details and meal choices.

Yes, we sell specialised meals plans here designed with our nutritionists, as well as meal bundles for new parents, filled with meals that support the mothers nutritional needs postpartum. Our new parents meal bundles are available for parents with babies under 4 months old, when mothers are advised to consume low amounts of pulses, onion, garlic and spices, and for parents with babies older that 4 months where dietaries can be more varied.

Yes, our minimum order amount is £40, and if you order over £75 we offer free delivery.

Yes, at checkout you can select what day you’d like this to be delivered. Our delivery partner is DPD and they will send you updates on the progress of your delivery. We deliver on Tuesday - Fridays.

Orders have a 4 hour lead time.

If you aren’t in you can request for your delivery to be left in a safe place.

Unfortunately due to the nature of sending frozen goods we can’t accept returns, however if you are unhappy with what you have received please get in contact with our customer service team so we can rectify the situation.

Our boxes are 100% recyclable, our thermal temperature controlled liners which are made of recycled denim which is 100% compostable, the food boxes are made from recyclable and home compostable materials.
