Integral to the POW Food ethos, we take pride in our produce, meal choices, taste and purpose. Our ingredients are Sustainably sourced and all POW options are endorsed by our nutritionist for increased productivity and presenteeism.

Prepared by our skilled chefs, we use scientifically proven production techniques and nutritional concepts to create our food options that boost focus, immunity and positive mental health. 

Some of our special POW practices include:

  • A no refined carbohydrate and processed food policy.
  • Superior super oils in every dish
  • Food synergy in every dish
  • A “no use” policy for refined sugars – we use Raw London Honey to sweeten all our non vegan dishes
  • All our food is presented on Banana leaves which are rich in polyphenols. Polyphenols are natural antioxidants that fight free radicals and help prevent disease. Presenting food on banana leaves allows the food to absorb these valuable polyphenols.
  • Super boosters in every dish that would usually be found in smoothies and juices
  • Carbon neutral lean proteins
  • Organic food and vegetables where possible and where it matters
  • Highly responsible food sourcing
  • Nutritionally designed to energise and aid digestion – this is vital as digestion is a massive energy consumer in the body

  • Sourcing our meat from a Carbon Neutral supplier and sustainably sourcing fish.

  • Using synergy food pairing methods to maximise the value and absortbtion of nutrient components; minerals, phytonutrients and vitamins.
  • Working with our suppliers to ensure we’re purchasing seasonal produce.
  • Cooking with and using superior oils; coconut, olive, flax and avocado.

Kombu & Matcha Cooking Technique

We always cook our rice and pulses with Kombu and often Matcha if the taste is right for the dish. This cooking technique not only reduces wind in the gut but also helps detoxify the body and enhances focus and concentration.

Our superior oils are seriously beneficial – packed with good fats easily digested to swiftly boost your energy levels. Our basic ingredients are also superior and we use food Synergy where ever we can. Cooking techniques are well thought out and enhance each dish to be the best it can be.

We use our boosters in very safe doses – passed by our expert nutritionist. For example we use
American ginseng and this booster is used to lift and focus but not buzz!
